My Journey from Web Development to Pixelated Adventures
Hi there! I'm Brandon, the founder and sole developer behind Firstline Studio. My journey began in 2006 as a web developer, crafting digital experiences for businesses and individuals alike. But deep down, I always harbored a passion for video games – especially the 2D platformers that captivated me during my childhood.
In 2018, I decided to take a leap of faith and combine my technical skills with my love for platformers. I started a new adventure by transforming Firstline Studio into a solo game development venture. Armed with my web development knowledge and a burning desire to create, I set out to build enchanting worlds and unforgettable adventures, one pixel at a time.
Drawing inspiration from the classic platformers that shaped my youth, I strive to craft games that are both visually captivating and mechanically engaging. I believe that these games have a timeless appeal, offering a unique blend of challenge, exploration, and storytelling that resonates with players of all ages.
My Mission
To pour my heart and soul into crafting 2D platformers that transport players to magical realms, ignite their imaginations, and leave them with a lasting sense of wonder.
My Values
Passion: I believe that passion is the fuel that drives creativity and innovation.
Craftsmanship: I am committed to meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of quality.
Community: I value the connections forged through gaming and strive to foster a welcoming and supportive community for all who share my love for platformers.
I invite you to join me on this exciting journey as I continue to explore the endless possibilities of 2D platformers. I hope my games bring you as much joy to play as they bring me to create.
